Jaime is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a bachelor’s degree in English from York University. Additionally, she has over 20 years of experience working in the field of Growth & Development. She has also obtained various certifications and specialized training, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), Tilt 365, and Positive Intelligence.

Jaime is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the Canadian Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (CCPA), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
