Psychotherapy (Couples)
Couple’s therapy provides a safe space to explore issues in your relationship that can sometimes be hard to discuss and/or resolve. It is an opportunity to attend to the part(s) of your relationship that are not currently offering the level of satisfaction you desire. In couple’s therapy, each partner, as well as the overall relationship, is tended to. Whether you are looking to improve communication, create alignment for the future, increase your level of intimacy, or deepen your connection, couple’s therapy can help move your relationship forward and help you achieve your goals.

Coaching
Coaching takes a strength-based and appreciative approach that focuses on creating new awareness, through the medium of conversation. Coaching helps you close the gap between where you currently are and where you want to be, identify the obstacles keeping you from living the life you desire, and supports you in the creation of a plan to help get you there. Through collaborative partnership, coaching helps you gain clarity and confidence in order to live your best life.
